SOCIAL BODIES MEET NO DECISION MADE (Per. Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. Representatives of various social organisations, including the Y.M.C.A., Women’s Christian Temperance Union, Salvation Army, New Zealand Alliance. churches, and staff officers of the three services conferred informally with Cabinet on Saturday on the question of the establishing “wet" or “dry” canteens in military camps. Many of the views expressed were personal and did not commit the organisations interested. The question, was discussed from all angles, no decision being reached, it being a matter entirely for the Government. ,
