BURIED AT HOLYHEAD (Elec. Tel. Copyright—-United Press Assn.) (Rccd. Sept. 30, 2 p.m.) LONDON, Sept. 29. Twenty-three (victims of 'the (illfated submarine H.M.S. Thetis, which failed to rise after a dive at her trials, were buried at Holyhead with full naval honours.
