NEW RUMANIAN PREMIER

WELL KNOWN IN LONDON

The new Rumanian Prime Minister, Dr. Constantine Argetoianu, is well known in London.
He has been chairman of the Steaua Romana, the largest oil concern in Rumania, in which British capital is invested, and is also chairman of the British Motor Company of Rumania. His efforts to strengthen AngloRumanian relations over a number of years have been greatly valued.
Commenting on his appointment as Prime Minister, the newspapers recall his wide and varied experience and his reputation for learning.
