MR. DE VALERA’S REPLY (Elec. Tel. Copyright—United Tress Assn.) (Reed. Sept. 30, 9 a.m.) DUBLIN. Sept. 28. Questioned in the Dail, the Eire Prime Minister, Mr. E. dc Valera, said that reports of a Cabinet split were baseless. He declared that the Government was not contemplating conscription.
