KEEPING WATERS CLEAR

Deputies have approved and sent to the Senate the Neutrality Bill sponsored by the President of Mexico, General Cardinas, which aims to forbid entrance to Mexican ports or territorial waters to all belligerent submarines, battleships, planes and aircraft carriers.
Deputies are also considering a proposal to dissolve Communists.
