CONTRABAND CAPTURED
FRENCH NAVY ACTIVE (Rocd. Sept. 28, 3 p.m.) PARIS, Sept. 27. The French fleet took more than 100,000 tons of contraband in the first three weeks of the war, not including cases where it acted in conjunction with the British fleet.
