MILLIONS DROPPED
PAMPHLETS OF ALLIES PLANES OYER GERMANY. (Eecd. Sept. 27. 2.15 p.m.) LONDON, Sept. 26. The Ministry of Information states the crews of Royal Air Force planes have dropped 18,000,000 pamphlets since the war started and have covered thousands of miles of enemy territory, penetrating it to a considerable depth. That most of the pamphlets fell in the right places shows a high degree of navigational skill in night flights. The pamphlets have .given millions the opportunity of studying the case of the Allies.
