MEMORANDA

The Horse Fair to be held at the Matawhero yards on Tuesday, October 3, has been cancelled in the meantime owing to insufficient entries. Dairy farmers are reminded that the Poverty Bay Jersey Cattle Club’s annual sale of pedigree Jersey bulls will be held at the showgrounds on Wednesday next. Forty-one bulls are catalogued and all are qualified to sire marked calves. A copy of the catalogue, which discloses good butterfat ■and Show records behind the bulls, may 'be obtained from the secretary of the club, Mr. W. E. Chamberlain.
