LORD PERRY AS ADVISER (Elec Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Britisli Official Wireless.) Reed. 9 a.m. RUGBY, Sept. 25. Lord Perry has been appointed as business adviser to the Ministry of Food. During the Great War Lord Perry was a director of the agricultural machinery division of the Food Production Departrfient. It was this division that acquired and operated a large fleet of agricultural tractors which played such an important part in ploughing up certain areas in 1917 and 1918. Later he became the deputy controller of the Mechanical Warfare Department and director of traction in the Ministry of Munitions.
