ALL ROADS OPEN
A.A. PATROL’S REPORT
Late this afternoon the resident A.A. patrol, Mr. O. V. Merton, reported that all district roads were open, although some had been affected by the ' Minor slips on the East Coast highway had offered a momentary check to traffic, but had been cleared Near Ilangaroa, on the Gisbomc-Wairoa State Highway, there had been sligh slips which had brought down small quantities of metal, but these, too. had been cleared. Some roads were inclined to be a little greasy ajul care was needed in negotiating them, more especially in small, light cars.
