Reed. 2.20 p.m. RUGBY, Sept. 25. The leader of the Opposition in the House of Commons, Major C. R. Attlee, and the deputy leader, Mr, A. Greenwood, called at No. 10 Downing Street .this afternoon to discuss with the Prime Minister, Mr. Neville Chamberlain, who was attended by the Ministers of Labour and Supply, plans for increasing production.
