SECRET FORTIFICATIONS
GREEK-ALBANIAN BORDER (Reed. Sept. 27, 1.50 p.m.) LONDON, Sept. 20. The Athens correspondent of the Associated Press of Great Britain, says that the Greeks learned from a newsreel that a Siegfrid Line has been constructed secretly during the past two years along the GreekAlbanian frontiers.
