german reciprocation BROTHERHOOD IN ARMS (Reed. Sept. 27, 9 a.m.) BERLIN, Sept. 26. The German News Agency says that Herr Hitler telegraphed to Dr. Tiso, the President of Slovakia, as follows: “At the end of the Polish campaign. I must thank you and the Slovak Army and people for your determined attitude and brotherhood in arms. “The German nation and Government will respond fully to this sentiment."
