SUPPLEMENTARY PAY
BRITISH, MERCHANT SHIPS WAR RISK PROVISION (Reed. Sept. 27, 9 a.m.) LONDON, Sept. 25. The Maritime Board has agreed to war risk supplementary pay for mercantile officers and men while still on articles as follows: Officers and engineers’ officers £5 monthly, ratings- £3, and boy's £1 10s, all rates to be retrospective to September 15.
