TWO FALLS TO ONE

WIN FOR BLOMFIELD RUBE WRIGHT RE ATEN I. AAV LESS M ATCRAPT (IVr Pros* Assnri;irinn.) WELLINGTON, this day. Lawless matcrafl kept the referee busy when "Lofty" Blomfield wrestled Rube Wright, of Texas, in the Wellington Town Hall last night. Blomfield won by two falls to one. Wright incurred a penalty for the illicit use of his knee in the third round, but revenged himself immediately by jolting Blomfield groggy and pinning him. Blomfield took the deciding fall in round seven with an octopus clamp to which Wright submitted. There was a large crowd. The refc-ree was kept consistently busy checking infringements, mainly fisticuffs and knee jolts. The bout, was a simple, hearty, uproarious affair of violence rather than science and greatly entertained the large crowd.
