IF WIFE RE-WEDS
MILLIONAIRE ORDERS ‘CUT’ LONDON, Aug. 17. Mr. Thomas Ruding Dnvey, a director of the Imperial Tobacco Company, who died a millionaire, gave instructions in his will that if his wife re-v marries she must forfeit most, of her iucome. He left £1,291,324, and £557,666 estate duty has been paid. Mr. Davey directed that during widowhood his wife shall have the income from three-fifths of the residue of his estate. She also has the use of Wraxall .Court, Wraxall, Somerset.
If she remarries, .her income from the estate will be cut to £IOOO a year.
