(Special to the Herald.) WELLINGTON, this clay. Supplementing his statement that no decision had yet been made to send a New Zealand expeditionary force overseas, the acting Prime Minister, the Hon. P. Fraser, said: “The preparations that are being made here are certainly such as will enable a division to be made available in due course, either here or abroad in any part of the world if and when the circumstances require it. but the announcement is simply a deduction from my statement that ail out" resources are at the disposal of the United Kingdom.”
