MEMORANDA

This evening in St. Andrew's Haii, Cobden street, an illustrated lecture will be given by Mr. J. Peach, entitled “Scenic Charms of the South Island". . . The programme will include coloured views of fiords, lakes, mountains and glaciers, and the walk to Milford Sound, described by overseas tourists as the finest walk in the world. The flora and fauna of the South Island also will be included, together with a short series of motion pictures, both in natural colour. Vocal items will be interspersed by the Misses Witters, Miss Eirene Halbert and Mr. V. Caulton. The proceeds arc in aid of the church mission funds.
