REBEKAH LODGE
CALL TO .MEMBERS A meeting of the Gisborne Rebekrfr Lodge. 1.0.0. F.. was held in the Oddfellows Hall. Derby street, recently, the N.G., Sister E. Fryer, presiding over a fair attendance of members. A vote of condolence was passed with the relatives of the late Bro Valentine. P.G.M., P.G.L.R., of Dun edin. and the late Bro. O. Church, who had died, and with Bro. Hudson on the death of his mother. A lengthy sick list was reported. A Idler was received from Bro Rudkin, G.M., asking ail members tc stand by their lodge and its member;; at this anxious time. Further nominations were received for the various offices and next lodge night will see the election. The social committee is to meet the brothers to arrange a combined social evening next Thursday. The meeting closed with a very enjoyable half-hour’s social. (
