FOOTBALL IN WAR TIME
PLANS IN ENGLAND (Reed. Sept. 22, 1 p.m.) LONDON, Sept. 21. The Football Association, after consultation with the Home Office, is giving fullest support to friendly awl competition war - time football. Matches will be confined to local ana district groups on Saturdays and bamc holidays.
