SHIPPING LOSSES
SMALL STEAMER. SUNK (Reed. Sent. 23, 11 a.m.)* LONDON, Sept. 22. The British steamer Arkleside has been lost “at sea.” It is understood that the crew is safe. The Arkleside, a steamer of 15G7 tons, was built at Sunderland in 1924, and was owned by the Waldos Shipping Company, Limited.
