CONTROL OF EXCHANGE
WELCOMED IN LONDON (Reed. Sept. 23. 9 a.m.) LONDON, Sept. 21. The Financial News says that the market has welcomed the official plan to close the gap in the exchange control by requiring traders to invoice foreign exchange instead of sterling, thereby enabling the authorities to acquire all foreign exchange accruing from the sale of British goods abroad.
