PEKIN AND NANKING
(Reed Sept. 22. 11.30 a.m.) SHANGHAI, Sept. 21
The Domei Agency states that the leaders of . the Japanese controlled Pekin and Nanking administrations conferred and agreed to form a central regime under Wang Ching-Wei, who was acclaimed the legitimate leader of the Kuomintang.
The leaders also issued a statement that they had obtained the full understanding and support of Wang Kehmin and Liang Sung-Chih, leaders of the Pekin and Nanking regimes and from now on they would work harmoniously for the realisation of peace.
