A further 750 men for the special military force were medically examined at the four centres in the northern military district yesterday with the result that 402 were classified fit. J7B temporarily unfit and 79 permanently unfit. The percentage of fit men was 05.7. Up to last night 1400 men in the district had been passed for the force out of 2817 examined. cANTERBURY YOLUNTEERS (Per Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, this day. Fifty registrations yesterday brought the total enlistments in Christchurch to 994.
