Jordan, High Commissioner for New Zealand, is secpoccupying the driver’s cabin of one of the new “J” locomotives built for the New Zealand Railways by the North British Locomotive Works at Glasgow. Mr. Lorimer, chairman of the company, is standing beside the locomotive.
