DEFENCE FORCE TRAINEES

GENEROUS TREATMENT HARBOUR/BOARD STAFF (Per Press Association.) AUCKLAND, this day. All members of the Auckland Harbour Board’s staff of more than one year's standing who perform military, naval or air service, are to have their pay augmented by an amount equal to any deficiency between their war service pay and what they would have received from the board in their normal occupations.

This decision was made by the board on the recommendation of the board in committee.
