TO SERVE WITH NAVY
Cabled advice has bec-n received by Mr, A. W. Larsen. Wanganui, that his scsi, Mr. 11. W. Larsen, lias been called lip for service with the Royal Navy. Before leaving New Zealand to take up a post-graduate course in England Mr. H. W. Larsen was professor of economics at Canterbury University College. When aged 12 lie was a junior member of the Royal New Zealand Yacht Club, and cn his arrival in England early this year he joined no with the R..N.V.S.U. and obtained his deep-sea muster's ticket. He is aged 2G.
