CIGARETTES BOOTLEGGED
NEW YORK, Aug. 1. A new bootlegging problem was recognised officially here yesterday when the Mayor, Mr. F. H. La Guardia, ordered the arrest of a man charged with peddling cigarettes imported from New Jersey without payment of the one-cent city relief tax.
