EXTENDING LATITUDE DECISION IN BRITAIN (Reed. Sept. 19, 10.15 p.m.) LONDON, Sept. 18. The Ministry of Information states that the British War Cabinet has authorised greater freedom in reporting war news and more latitude. The press commend the appointment of Lord Camrose, the editor in chief of the Daily Telegraph, as chief assistant to Lord MacMillan, the Minister of Information.
