A message from Amsterdam slates that Miss Irene Van Feggelan established a world’s record in swimming 100yds backstroke, taking 07see. In Helsinki, Taisto Maeki established two world’s records, running 10,000 metres in 29min. 42 6-10 sec.. and over six miles in 28min. 55 6-10 sec.
