GOOD RELATIONS (Reed. Sept. 16. 1.30 p.m.) ISTANBUL, Sept. 15. Officially-inspired newspapers applaud the Turkish-Soviet friendship for the first time since the GermanSoviet pact was announced. They declare that Turkey is move faithful to the maintenance of good relations with the Soviet cnan with any other country.
