Add 1 egg and beat well, then add 1 cup flour and 1 teaspoon Edmonds ‘ Sure-to-Rise ’ Baking Powder. Bake for 30 minutes in moderate oven. When cold pile the following marshmallow icing on top: soak 1 packet Edmonds Jelly Crystals (any flavour) in ij breakfast cups cold water for 10 minutes. Boil 8 minutes without stirring. Cool, add 1 cup icing sugar, and beat till stiff.
