ACTION IN LONDON (Reed. Sept. 16, 10 a.m.) LONDON, Sept. 15 The re-opening of cinemas in London also applies to theatres and other places of public amusement. Visitors to all entertainments are advised to take gasmasks. Sandbags are placed outside, and other precautions are being taken against splinters.
