The paper adds it is believed that Russia will agree. The Tas News Agency denies that the Soviet Mongol troops occupied or are planning to occupy a single inch of Manchurian territory. Tiie Japanese Cabinet has proposed fresh peace terms to Marshal Chiang Kai-Shek. Japan is speeding up the extension of the Shansi railway towards Outer Mongolia. Tens of thousands of Chinese are conscripted to carry on the work
