The council of the New. Zealand Rugby Football Union has decided to make arrangements to celebrate its jubilee in 1942. The chairman, Mr. S. S. Dean, said that an English team was expected to tour New Zealand in 1942. and this would helo to mark the union’s jubilee year. The execu-> tive was empowered to prepare the history of 50 years of Rugby in the Dominion.
