PA TTPFACTOR V OPE RATION (British Official Wireless.) Rccd. 1 p.m. RUGBY, Sept. 14. The Prime Minister, Mr. Neville Chamberlain, told the House of Commons, when questioned to-dav about the setting up of a Ministry of Munitions, that the existing arrangements were working very satisfactorily and the Dowers granted to the Minister of Supply so far had been found sufficiently wide. A large expansion in output had already taken place.
