AIR RAID WARNING
LONDON FALSE ALARM (Reed. Sept. 15, noon.) LONDON, Sept. 14. An air raid warning was sounded in the South End of London. The all clear signal was given later, as the warning was a false alarm. DUTCH FRONTIER CLOSED (Reed. Soot. 15, noon.) THE HAGUE, Sept. 14. The Netherlands frontier has been dosed to all refugees, including Jews. The export of automobiles and tractors is forbidden. The K.L.M. has ordered its planes to remain in Batavia pending permission to fly over France.
