VIGOROUS BLOCKADE

The Minister for Economic Warfare, Mr. Hibbert Cross, gave an assurance in the House of Commons that vigorous measures were already in operation to prevent such commodities as tin, rubber an 1 cotton reaching enemy lends, eithec by land or sea.
