PEACE NEGOTIATIONS TRUSTWORTHY MINISTRY CONTROL IN GERMANY RIGHTING A WRONG (Reed. Sept. 14, 3 p.m.) LONDON, Sept. 13. Once a trustworthy Government Is established in Germany and the wrong done is righted, Britain will doubtless be ■eady to consider, in consultation with he Allies, and other friendly Powers, how a just and fair peace es'ablished m Europe in such circumstances could be possible, and to examine how economic conditions could be readjusted to allow all countries to derive mutual benefit from the world’s resources.”
