LIFTING OF BLOCKADE
HONG KONG COLONY ACTION BY JAPANESE (Elec. Tel Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Reed. Sept. 13, 2.10 p.m.) * LONDON, Sept. 12. The Hong Kong correspondent of The Times says that the Japanese have lifted their blockade of the Hong Kong border. Shipping has been resumed and foodstuffs are entering the colony. Some of the refugees are returning.
