SECRET PAPERS SAVED (British Official Wireless.) Reed. 1.30 p.m. RUGBY, Sept. 12. The Kenya secretariat buildings at Nairobi were -burned out last night. All documents were destroyed except secret war .papers. No indication of incendiarism has yet been found.
