ALLEGED ATROCITIES
GERMANS ASK INQUIRY (Reed. Sept. 14, 9 a.m.) BERLIN, Sept. 13. The German Government has sent a cable message to the Red Cross Society at Geneva asking that an international. commission be sent to Poland to investigate alleged atrocities against the German minorities during the Polish retreat.
