GERMAN FOOD SUPPLIES DISTRIBUTION CARDS . (Reed. Sept. 12, 10 a.m.) BERLIN, Sept. 11. The law gazette' publishes drastic decrees ordering sweeping State control of rationing and distribution of grain and grain products. The distribution of food, including meat, milk, dairy products, sugar, marmalade, spices, seasonings, potatoes, eggs, and fish will be on the basis of Reich cards. The cards will be effective immediately. They are timed till October 2. ,
