RESERVISTS FOR TRAINING
ACTION BY TURKEY MORE RUMANIAN TROOPS (Reed. Sept. 11, 9 a.m.) LONDON, Sept. 9. An Istanbul report stales that Turkish reservists have been called up for six weeks’ training. The Government appeals to the public to be calm. A Bucharest message says that Rumania has called up between 100,000 and 200,000 troops. The army is unofficially estimated at 750,000.
