MEAT AND SUGAR FIXATION OF PRICES [Elec. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Reed. Sept. 11, 9 a.m.) LONDON, Sept. 9. Orders have been issued for the requisitioning of arrivals of imported chilled and frozen meat as from midnight to-morrow, the fixing of prices of potatoes at 71b for sixpence, requisitioning of all stocks of sugar landed or due to arrive, and the fixing of retail prices of granulated sugar at 3jd per lb. and cubes at 4d per lb.
