DETAINED BY EGYPT
GERMAN LEGATION (Reed. Sept. 8, 11 a.m.) CAIRO, Sept. 7. The German Legation, which wap about to sail for Greece, was detained because the Government had not yet been informed whether the Egyptian Legation in Berlin had been authorised to cross the frontiers.
