STOCK EXCHANGE RESUMES '(Reed. Sept. 8. 11.30 n.m.) LONDON. Sept. 7 The bank rate is unchanged. The price of gold is lt>Bs. The stock exchange resumed quietly with about half the normal attendance. Prices generally were steady, British funds being slightly above the minimum.
