RACE MEETING OFF
JOCKEY CLUE’S DECISION (Reed. Sept. 8, 11.30 a.m.) LONDON, Sept. 7. Since no indication has been received of the withdrawal of the prohibition on sports gatherings, the Jockey Club has abandoned six meetings, including the Newmarket second October meeting. This means that the Cambridgeshire Handicap has been cancelled.
