RETURN TO ENGLAND
LORD GALWAY’S OFFICERS SECRETARY AND A.D.C. (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON this day. Major R. G. G. Byron, 4th/7th Dragoon Guards, who has been military secretary to the GovernorGeneral for the past 18 months, has relinquished his appointment on His Excellency's staff and has left New Zealand to rejoin his .regiment. He was accompanied by Mrs. Byron. Lieutenant S. R. Le H. LombardHobson, R.N., aide-de-camp to the Governor-General since December,1937, has also relinquished his appointment on His Excellency’s staff and has left for England.
