BROACASTS TO BRITAIN BULLETINS IN ENGLISH (Elec. Tel, Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Reed. Sept. 7, 9 a.m.) , LONDON, Sept. 5. Germany tried a new method to reach British listeners with propaganda. Shortly after 2 a.m. listeners tuned in on 449 metres which is the British Broadcasting Company's northern home broadcast wave-length and were surprised to hear a perfect voice announce the German ; news bulletin for British listeners.
